
SUPPORT WORKERS
Our Support Workers help our clients participate in various capacity-building opportunities. Through this assistance, members are able to build independence & increase confidence. This includes improving their living skills, social & interpersonal skills.
Most people living with a disability are eager to approach daily living as independently as possible. To that end, our Support Workers are committed to providing the necessary guidance and assistance. In addition to supporting members in activities, we also provide help with household tasks and personal care activities.
Our Support Workers can also serve as buddies for social events, providing both emotional and practical support. We help many members in working toward maintaining meaningful & lasting friendships through accessing the community and spending time with their peers.
We incorporate a wide range of different, Ultimately, our goal is to help members gain the independence they desire while also forming relationships that are supportive and enjoyable.
