Who we are

A Hornsby disability service that starts with the person — their goals, their interests, the life they want — and builds the support around that.

At Morhaven we are passionate about helping the people in our community find opportunities to increase their independence. We believe that by working towards a shared goal we can make a real difference in the lives of the people we support.

What we are about

We provide NDIS disability support for people of all ages across Hornsby and Sydney’s north. Our aim is to help people build confidence, independence and social inclusion through support that is personal, high quality, and — wherever we can manage it — genuinely enjoyable.

Our team is experienced and dedicated, and we hold ourselves to a high standard of care. If you are looking for an organisation that takes that seriously, we would be glad to talk.

Areas we serve

Our main centre is at Suite 508/88-90 George Street, Hornsby, and we run a second service hub at Castle Hill. We also operate Amaroo Homestead, our dedicated short-term accommodation and respite property at Pindimar. Between them we support people across Sydney’s northern and north-western suburbs, Western Sydney and the Midcoast region.

How we work

Support should reflect the individual — their goals, interests, routine, communication needs, and the level and kind of assistance they actually want. We work with participants, families and support coordinators to understand the person first, and to be honest about whether a service is the right fit.

Our team

Members are matched with support workers who share their interests and values, not simply whoever is available. That takes longer at the start, and it is the part that makes the difference later. If a match isn’t working, tell us and we’ll change it.

Ask us and we’ll tell you exactly who would be supporting you, and what training and checks they hold.

Credentials

Morhaven is ISO 9001 certified. We are Morhaven Disability Services Pty Ltd, ABN 25 633 632 050, a registered NDIS provider — our registration is approved until 20 August 2028 and can be checked on the NDIS Commission’s provider register.

Who you would be working with

Morhaven is a small team, which means the people supporting you are the people you already know. Here is who does what, and who to talk to first. If you are new to us, start with our enquiry form and we will point you to the right person.
